Shipping and Delivery

BLACK FRIDAY SHIPPING: Please be aware that all orders placed over Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and the following weekend will go out Monday and Tuesday. Cyber Monday orders will go out either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Due to a high volume of orders over the holiday season, please expect delays with all shipping carriers across the US.


All orders ship from Orange, TX, USA.

Standard shipping on all orders under $100 in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, is $7.95. Free standard shipping on all US orders over $100. 

International shipping and handling fees are based on size and weight of the package. We currently ship to the Unites States of America and Canada only. All international orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned. 

All orders placed with standard shipping will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders made after 12:00 P.M. CST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. You will be notified of any delays in shipment. Any delays will also be stated on our website

Please note orders placed on our online store cannot be canceled. We process and ship orders quickly so if you need to change anything please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. Orders placed on Instagram/Facebook cannot be edited or canceled after they are placed. Discount codes cannot be applied to any orders already placed. 

Orders placed with expedited shipping will be processed and shipped same day if placed before 12:00 P.M. CST. If your order is placed after 12:00 P.M. CST, it will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Blackbird Boutique is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays in shipping under any carrier.

  • International Duties or Customs charges

  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.

  • Products marked delivered by the Post Office or UPS. You will need to contact¬†USPS/UPS directly¬†to obtain information regarding your package.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS/UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-800-742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS or UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is lost or shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to  change your shipping address, please write to us at as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

If your order is refused delivery or unable to be delivered and you choose not to have it redelivered, we will follow our return policy as if it were a return. Return shipping in the amount of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are for store credit only in the form of a Blackbird Gift Card. Read our full return policy HERE.


We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. 


FREE LOCAL DELIVERY on all orders that choose local deliver at checkout. If you live in or within a 20 mile radius of Orange, TX, you have the option to choose same day local delivery at checkout. Orders must be placed before 2 PM CST for it to be delivered same day. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If an address with a PO box is used, you will be contacted asking for a valid delivery address, and if we do not receive a response within 24 hours your order will be canceled.

Local delivery will be available 7 days a week not including holidays. Local delivery will be disabled during market weeks until further notice. Customers will be notified when local delivery is temporarily unavailable. Orders with the local delivery option selected during a holiday will be delivered to the customer the next available day.
