Mon-Fri 10 AM - 6 PM
Sat 10 AM - 4 PM

Orders placed before 10 AM will be available the same day for pickup. Orders placed after 10 AM will be available the next business day. Local pickup orders can only be picked up during business hours.

Local pickup orders will be held for 30 days. After 30 days have passed, you forfeit your order. No refunds will be given.

If you are not local and you place a pickup order, you will be contacted and sent an invoice for shipping. If the invoice is not paid withing 24 hours, your order will be canceled.

All in-store pickup orders MUST be picked up from the Blackbird storefront within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for any items past the 30 day pickup window.

LOCAL DELIVERY

If you live in or within a 10 mile radius of Orange, TX, you have the option to choose same day local delivery at checkout. Local delivery is free. Orders must be placed before 2 PM CST for it to be delivered the same day. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If an address with a PO box is used, you will be contacted asking for a valid delivery address, and if we do not receive a response within 24 hours your order will be shipped. We will only deliver your package to the address used on your order.

Local delivery will be available during the week (M-F) not including holidays. Delays in local delivery will be stated on our website. Customers will be notified when local delivery is temporarily unavailable. Orders with the local delivery option selected during a holiday will be delivered to the customer the next available business day. For a return request, please read our return policy HERE.
