CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please note orders placed on our online store cannot be canceled. We process and ship orders quickly so if you need to change anything, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. Orders placed on Instagram/Facebook cannot be edited or canceled. Discount code cannot be applied tot orders already placed.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?
Of course we do! Shop our gift card options HERE. The recipient will receive an email with the gift card code and a personalized message from you.
Just remember, gift cards are non-refundable.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We currently do not have a physical store. But we are happy to help with any questions you may have. Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or shoot us a message on social media.
CAN I PICK UP AN ITEM FROM THE STORE?
We currently do not offer a pick up option at this time. But stay tuned! This may change in the future. We do have a free local delivery option for you to choose at checkout.

CAN A DISCOUNT CODE BE APPLIED TO MY ORDER AFTER PURCHASING?
No. All discount codes need to be applied to your order before you purchase. If you place an order and you then see a code is available, we will not refund you the difference.

We provide a general sizing chart, product description, and other details on every single page to help you figure out what you need.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
When you check out, you’ll have the option to pay with any major credit card provider including Visa and Mastercard. You can also choose to checkout with PayPal, AfterPay, and Shop Pay installments.
HOW CAN I USE A GIFT CARD OR PROMO CODE?
When you start the checkout process, enter your code in the box that says "Gift Card" or "Discount Code." This is located at the top of the page (on mobile) in the dropdown that states "Show order summary."
Only one promo code can be used per order. Automatic discounts cannot be combined with any other discount code.
More than one gift card can be used at a time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS AN ERROR MESSAGE ON MY ORDER?
You’re so close to getting your dream outfit, but you get an error message on your order. Don’t keep trying to checkout, as your card could end up getting charged more than once.
If you’re having issues checking out, call us or send us an email right away so we can fix it!
WHEN DO I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Right after you order, you should get an email confirmation letting you know we’ve received your request. You’ll also get an email as soon as we ship everything out.
