Local Pickup and Delivery

LOCAL PICKUP

• Tue-Fri 10 AM - 6 PM
• Sat 10 AM - 4 PM

Orders placed before 10 AM will be available the same day for pickup. Orders placed after 10 AM will be available the next business day. Local pickup orders can only be picked up during business hours. 

Local pickup orders will be held for 30 days. After 30 days have passed, your order will be canceled and the items will be put back into inventory. Canceled orders will receive store credit minus a 15% restocking fee.

If you are not local and you place a pickup order, you will be contacted and sent an invoice for shipping. If the invoice is not paid withing 24 hours, your order will be canceled.

LOCAL DELIVERY

If you live in or within a 10 mile radius of Orange, TX, you have the option to choose same day local delivery at checkout. $5 standard delivery fee will apply at checkout with free local delivery on orders $30 or more. Orders must be placed before 2 PM CST for it to be delivered the same day. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If an address with a PO box is used, you will be contacted asking for a valid delivery address, and if we do not receive a response within 24 hours your order will be canceled. We will only deliver your package to the address used on your order.

Local delivery will be available during the week (M-F) not including holidays. Delays in local delivery will be stated on our website. Customers will be notified when local delivery is temporarily unavailable. Orders with the local delivery option selected during a holiday will be delivered to the customer the next available business day. For a return request, please read our return policy HERE.
