SHIPPING
All orders ship from Orange, TX, USA.
$5.95 Standard shipping. Free standard shipping on US orders over $100. Made-to-order items do ship separately from the rest of your order.
All local orders that choose free standard shipping will be hand delivered locally at the discretion of Blackbird Boutique. Local orders that show shipping paid will be shipped with the carrier chosen at checkout.
International shipping and handling fees are based on size and weight of the package. We do not guarantee exemption from customs taxes or duties. It is your responsibility to cover all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your government. We are not responsible for any international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery. If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will receive store credit for your order value minus international shipping and any other fees.
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days of order confirmation. Orders made after 12:00 P.M. CST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Any delays will be stated in the announcement bar on our website.
Please note orders placed on our online store cannot be canceled. We process and ship orders quickly so if you need to change anything please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. Orders placed on Instagram/Facebook cannot be edited or canceled after they are placed. Discount codes cannot be applied to any orders already placed.
Orders placed with expedited shipping will be processed and shipped the same day if placed before 12:00 P.M. CST. If your order is placed after 12:00 P.M. CST, it will be processed and shipped the next business day.

International Duties/Customs/Taxes/Tariffs

Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Products marked delivered by the shipping carrier. You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to obtain information regarding your package.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue.
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times and we cannot be held liable for carrier guarantees. We will NOT refund shipping charges.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is lost or shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at admin@shopblackbirdboutique.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
If your order is refused delivery or unable to be delivered and you choose not to have it redelivered, we will follow our return policy as if it were a return.
