Flutter Sleeve Drop Dress

Absolutely love this lightweight, airy dress, it was perfect for casual dinners out in Hawaii. I only wish it came in XS--it is a very generous small, and the deep V neckline is quite low--I wore a tank under it. I tried throwing it in the dryer to shrink it a bit, but it didn't seem to shrink much, if at all. Super comfy and cute!
